  • As working makeup artists, please give us grace at this time to have your order shipped to you within 2 weeks of your order being placed. Please feel free to message us if you haven’t received your tracking information within this time.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number attached as soon as your products have shipped.

  • If you must change your order, please contact us immediately. Please note that once your item has been shipped, we’re unable to change your order.

We ship via Canada Post Xpresspost and DHL International.

Please note delivery may take longer depending on each country and customs, which is out of our control..

Customs charges are not included in the shipping cost. They are additional and vary depending on the country. This is a not a charge by perfectpalettes.ca

Perfect Palettes is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure proper addresses are entered when ordering and a safe delivery location is available to the shipping company.
